Sunday, April 22rd, the city of Agadir has lived one of its most successful events this year. About 5000 people celebrated Earth day by participating in the Agadir Green Marathon, which is considered a huge success.
The weather was perfectly nice, and all of the 5000 participants were cheering, dancing and taking pictures to capture those beautiful moments. There was nothing but happiness and joy throughout the entire marathon course.
The beautiful thing about the event this year is that there were many people that came from outside Agadir and even outside Morocco, just to participate in the marathon. Which is a great thing!
There were people of all ages running altogether, some of them were running a marathon for the first time and you can see the struggle on their faces. But when they crossed the finish line you can see that they have never been happier.
