In this post, I will give you sincere reviews about the best 5 star hotels in Agadir. Each hotel I am reviewing in this post either I have spent a night in, attended an event or even worked there for a while. So all the information you will find here is based on personal experience.

1. ATLANTIC PALACE AGADIR

This luxurious and traditional Moroccan palace is only 10 minutes from the center of Agadir. It is very spacious and has many facilities, which include a swimming pool, a casino, a spa and fitness center, mini-golf and a private beach, only 5 minutes away.

This hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Agadir, it is much more like a grand old Palace. The way it was built is magnificent. It is really an authentic piece of art that represents the Moroccan architecture.

All rooms and suites at Atlantic Palace Agadir are air-conditioned and equipped with a satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom. Some of the rooms overlook the charming views of the Andalusian gardens inside the hotel, and others overlook the swimming pool.

The restaurants at Atlantic Palace serve traditional Moroccan dishes as well as international cuisine. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choices. In general, the staff is friendly, and the food is good.

Hotel Atlantic Palace Agadir is often frequented by Rich families from Morocco and Gulf countries. It is more like a family-friendly hotel. People that like Arabian nights and gambling, will love this place. But I don’t think it is a good choice for couples though.

2. HOTEL SOFITEL AGADIR

Sofitel Agadir is one of the most known hotels in Agadir, though it was built only a few years ago. This hotel has a Thalassotherapy center that offers treatments, massages and thermal baths. Moreover, the hotel features a private beach and two swimming pools.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, most of them overlook the beach or the pool area.

The hotel features rooms and suites well equipped with air-conditioning and has free Wi-Fi. Also a satellite TV and a minibar. Just like the other luxury sea view hotels in Agadir.

Sofitel Agadir has three elegant restaurants, serving Moroccan and international cuisine. The hotel offers extra services such as, working out in the gym, renting beach bikes, and even babysitting.

I can say that the hotel’s biggest asset is the staff that works hard to offer high-quality service. That’s because the hotel has an international reputation and the direction don’t tolerate any work deficiencies.

3. RIU PALACE TIKIDA AGADIR

Hotel Riu Palace Tikida Agadir is located in a fabulous place, exactly in front of Agadir beach. Separated from the beach by the promenade, its location makes it an ideal choice to enjoy the vivid exoticism of Morocco, the shorelines and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

It includes an astounding swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym and a thalassotherapy center with a range of treatments, massages, sauna and a Moroccan hammam.

Thanks to the All-Inclusive formula, you will be able to enjoy the exclusive entertainment program with a range of activities and sports to practice with your family, couple or with friends. 4. Royal Atlas & Spa

This 5-star hotel is situated only a few meters from the beach, it has 3 restaurants, spa treatments, an indoor heated pool, and also a wonderful outdoor swimming pool.

The rooms at the Royal Atlas and Spa have a modern design and are well equipped. In each room, there is flat-screen TV and a minibar, a hairdryer an Iron and ironing board. And of course a private bathroom and a private balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned and some of them have a panoramic sea view. Moreover, WIFI is available everywhere in the hotel, which is great.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning. For lunch and dinner, they serve both Moroccan and international cuisine. The restaurants are elegant and the service is very good.

The hotel has some leisure facilities which include a fitness center, a sauna and a sun terrace where you can relax and sunbathe in the middle of the palm trees. The hotel spa offers massages and Moroccan Hammam treatments for an extra charge.

The hotel’s reception is open 24 hours a day and Agadir Airport is 27 km away. A roundtrip airport shuttle service is available upon request at an additional cost.

I totally agree that this is one of the best sea view hotels in Agadir, but lately, the service is not quite satisfying. Recently the hotel has got a lot of negative reviews online, but I think the hotel direction is working on it and trying to fix things.
